Use promo code VOTE26 in GoPass between Oct. 19 and Oct. 30 to receive a complimentary Trinity Metro Local Day Pass. Learn more about and download the GoPass mobile ticketing app HERE.
Once the pass has been added to your GoPass account, keep it inactive until you are ready to travel. Activate your pass only when you are ready to board.
- On a Trinity Metro bus, activate your pass and scan the barcode on the fare box.
- On Trinity Metro TEXRail or TRE, activate your pass and show it when requested by the train conductor.
Don’t use GoPass?
Visit the Customer Service Kiosk at Fort Worth Central Station to request a complimentary paper day pass. Paper passes may be picked up in advance. Tell the customer service representative which early voting date you plan to travel, and your pass will be issued for that date. Each customer must request their own pass. Identification is not required.

- Customers traveling on Trinity Metro On-Demand to an early voting location within their On-Demand service zone will receive a free ride when booking their trip.
- Customers using a valid Trinity Metro day pass may also use the pass on participating On-Demand rideshare services. The trip must still be booked through GoPass.
- Certified On-Demand Paratransit customers should continue to use their regular reservation process.

- Use promo code VOTE26 in the Trinity Metro Bikes app for free pay-as-you-go rides of up to 30 minutes.
- Each bike must be properly docked within 30 minutes to avoid additional charges.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
How many free passes can I receive?
Each customer may receive one complimentary day pass during the early voting period. Choose the early voting date that works best for you.
Do I need identification?
No. Identification is not required to receive a free voting pass.
Do I need to prove that I voted?
No. Customers are not required to provide proof that they voted.
Do I need to prove that I am traveling to a voting location?
No.
Can I get a paper pass instead of using GoPass?
Yes. Visit the Customer Service Kiosk at Fort Worth Central Station. Paper passes may be picked up in advance and are issued for the early voting date selected by the customer.
Can someone pick up my paper pass for me?
No. Each customer must request his/her own paper pass.
Can I use my paper pass throughout the day?
Yes. The paper pass is a day pass and is valid on the date printed on it during regular service hours on participating services. Present the pass when boarding and keep it for additional eligible trips that day.
Can I use a paper pass on Trinity Metro On-Demand?
Yes. You will still need to book your trip through GoPass. Select the ticket option when booking and present your valid paper day pass when boarding.
Is TRE included?
Yes, within Tarrant County. The free fare is valid on TRE between Fort Worth T&P Station and CentrePort/DFW Airport Station.
Is Trinity Metro Bikes included?
Yes. Enter VOTE26 in the Trinity Metro Bikes app for the free pay-as-you-go offer. Eligible rides of up to 30 minutes are free. Dock the bike within 30 minutes to avoid additional charges. A valid credit card must be on file.
Are Trinity Metro service hours changing during early voting?
No. Regular service hours apply. Check both the hours for your selected early voting location and your Trinity Metro service when planning your trip.
