Trinity Metro is continuing its partnership with The Cliburn to provide access to the popular Cliburn Sessions.
Cliburn Sessions presents excellent classical artists in a relaxed performing environment, where they are free to be casual, to blend genres, and to interact with the audience. Audience members are invited to pull up a chair, order a drink, and enjoy the atmosphere at the Cliburn’s classical club series.
In a partnership with Chef Tim Love, Cliburn Sessions concerts take place at Tannahill’s Music Hall, located in an historic Mule Barn in the heart of the Fort Worth Stockyards. And Trinity Metro’s Orange Line is the easiest way to get there!
The 2026–2027 Cliburn Sessions season offers three joyful experiences: a musical journey from Bach to Brazil with harpist Bridget Kibbey, a night of cabaret with soprano Mikaela Bennett, and a dazzling evening of duo piano from 2022 Cliburn Silver Medalist Anna Geniushene and her husband Lukas Geniušas (laureate of both the International Tchaikovsky and Chopin Competitions). Bridget Kibbey’s Bach to Brazil
Harpist Bridget Kibbey’s Bach to Brazil takes audiences on a musical journey starting with the baroque courts of Europe, melding with the rhythm of West Africa, and mixing with the melodies of the Caribbean coast, tracking the stories that give us the songs and dances we love, alongside the folk masters that inspired them. Kibbey is joined by Latin-Grammy® winning percussionist Samuel Torres and Sphinx Competition winner, violinist Rubén Rengel on this sonic voyage, performing music from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Germany, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela.
Renowned as soloist, chamber musician, and curator Bridget Kibbey is known for her great musical instincts that transcend the harp. Through it all, her virtuosic and soulful ability to communicate draws in the audience. In short, “she [makes] it seem as though her instrument had been waiting all its life to explode with the gorgeous colors and energetic figures she was getting from it” (The New York Times). A Night of Cabaret with Mikaela Bennett, soprano
“The ravishing soprano” (The New York Times) Mikaela Bennett is equally at home performing with Gustavo Dudamel and the Los Angeles Philharmonic or starring in West Side Story at the BBC Proms, as she moves fluidly between opera, musical theatre, and concert repertoire. Celebrated as both a singer and an actress, she’s garnered praise around the globe for versatility and talent on stage and was recently recognized with a Lincoln Center Award for Emerging Artists.
Now, turn down the lights and pour the drinks as Tannahill’s Music Hall is transformed into a cabaret. Mikaela Bennett will showcase her broad range with a program that spans from the Great American Songbook to Broadway hits, to contemporary art song with works by Bernstein, Arlen, Weill, Previn, Loesser, and Kahane. We’ll see you at the cabaret.

Anna Geniushene + Lukas Geniusas
They are perhaps one of the most decorated piano duos on stage today; she’s the 2022 Cliburn Silver Medalist who made a lasting impression with her “powerhouse sound, forceful musical personality, and sheer virtuosity” (Musical America) and he’s a laureate of both the International Tchaikovsky and Chopin Competitions celebrated for his “brilliance and maturity” (The Guardian.) Anna Geniushene and Lukas Geniušas now make their Cliburn Concerts duo debut at Tannahill’s Music Hall with a dazzling night of dynamic pianism, brimming with impressive virtuosity and showcasing their deep emotional connection. Piano fans won’t want to miss these partners in life, love, and music bringing their unique blend of skill and verve to the Fort Worth Stockyards.
